I'm not sure what debugger is running in the background, but if it's something like gdb, it would be nice to expose its interface to be able to manually run commands, or attach scripts.

Thanks for the feature request.

The debugger isn't gdb and there isn't currently a terminal interface to expose.

However this is on the roadmap and we are keen to add this feature soon.

I'll update here when we can reveal more.
