Manually stopped shots are not detected

Manually stopping a brew does not trigger the post-shot questionnaire, even though the shot is saved in GaggiMate history.

MATEbot only detects process.a changing from 1 to 0. On manual stop, GaggiMate immediately removes the process object, so MATEbot sees process.a: 1 → process missing and ignores the shot.

Expected: an active brew transitioning to a missing process should also be recognized as a shot ending.
