Import/Export Discovered Nodes #405

Description

@pqhf5kd

MeshCore radios are able to add up to 300 contacts due to the limited storage space. MeshCore One maintains a list of Discovered Nodes, allowing us to exceed the 300 limit. This list is used for certain functions like the map view and path mapping.

Repeater adverts are broadcast rarely. Adverts from repeaters further away are more likely to be dropped before reaching your radio. Due to other conditions, you may receive messages during some parts of the day and miss adverts during other parts.

It would be beneficial to be able to export and import Discovered Nodes increase path mapping completeness.
Situation 1:
You have a static node connected to a MeshCore One client 24/7. It receives many adverts with locations. You have a portable node that is only connected to a separate MeshCore One client when in the field. Prior to make a trip, you could export Discovered Nodes from client connected to the static node and import then to the portable client.t

Situation 2:
At home, you receive messages from very distant companions. The Path map is incomplete. You have previously heard adverts from repeaters when travelling in that direction with a portable node. You can export Discovered Nodes from the portable node and import them to the home node.

Situation 3:
You could import node locations from online sources, rather than waiting for adverts.
