Get "Could not load type "BVNetwork.EPiSendMail.Plugin.SendPageAsMailConfig" error after compiling code with "MvcBuildViews"

I got this error after trying to build my code. I've tried to figure out by reinstalling or reversing relevant but same things happened. This happened after I upgraded Postmark and Geta EmailNotification. Can you check with this issue?
