Reproduction steps:
Install X.com (formerly Twitter) as a home screen shortcut.
Open the app from the home screen shortcut.
The top bar (status bar) and navigation bar stay light-colored even when the phone is in dark mode and the X app is in dark mode.
Expected behavior:
The entire app (including system bars) should correctly switch to dark mode to match the device's dark mode setting.
Actual behavior:
Top bar and navigation bar remain light (white/bright) regardless of device dark mode.
