Android : Not able to receive notification on Emulator (v0.9.5)

• I have searched existing issues and this is not a duplicate.

Environment

• Platforms: Android

• Android version: emulator

We have upgraded react-native-azurenotificationhub package to 0.9.5 from 0.9.1 after that Android Emulator is not receving the notifiation,

Issues and Steps to Reproduce

1. Register the Device (Device is successfully registered into Azure Notification Hub)
2. Send Notification to Device
3. Device is not receiving the notification

Expected Behavior

The device should receive a notification

Actual Behavior

The device is not receiving notification.
