CellML generation issue in browser environment

Although the CLI tool generates valid CellML for the attached, doing so in the browser produces:

No element or junction for target #ID-00000005 of bond #ID-00000031
No element or junction for source #ID-00000005 of bond #ID-00000034

[dbrnz]

These are in fact the bonds to the Rx element.
