Vertical coordinate output in `NodeFileCompose`

Hi,

Would it be possible to make NodeFileCompose export the vertical coordinate from the input file when extracting composite over a whole column (i.e. when using --var x(:))?
Otherwise, we need to add it again when reading the composites/snapshots. It is not very bothersome, but can lead to confusion especially when the vertical axis is inverted.

Piggybacking off this, but I think it's a good idea. Also, it would be good to output any 1-D vars associated with the vertical (e.g., hyam, hyai, hybm, hybi for CESM/E3SM).

Perhaps it can just be a command line arg that allows the user to pass through certain variables, which TE will just read from the first variable...

--passthruvars lev,hybm,hyam,hybi,hyai

Which TE would just take from the first file in in_data_list and copy them to the out_data file.
