Context

Every executed heal action feeds back into memory store, calibration, and trust ledger. Parent: #49.

Acceptance Criteria

• On heal completion, outcome written to both incident memory store and calibration store
• Memory record includes was_prediction_correct boolean
• Trust ledger updated after each heal outcome via trust ledger update API
• Integration test: complete heal action → verify all three stores updated (memory, calibration, trust)
