Problems with script in Arch Linux

extras.log
game-installer.log
media.log
setup.log
update.log

For whatever reason some partitions like __common, __linux.x(partitions), __sysconf fail to eject. Happens anywhere on the script.
Says the error is "Device or resource is busy"

Upon further invsetigation I'm not sure what causes this, reinstalling the script fixed it, but I am worried it will happen again. Could it be because I am using MATE Desktop?

Most likely. Try disabeling automount.
