MCCD: restore to PSFEx parity #674

Description

@martinkilbinger

Running MCCD on candide needs to be fixed.

  • missing config file config_exp_mccd.ini
  • adding (back) mccd to requirements
  • check installation

Once this works, a few other issues can probably be closed:

#402 #601

Tracking issue for restoring MCCD to working parity with PSFEx (updated 2026-09-06).

Current state: mccd==1.2.4 (Feb 2023, last release) installs and imports; the six mccd_*_runner modules exist but nothing exercises them in CI or tests. Known blockers: #601 (fit crashes on current ModOpt, reproduced, unfixed; #615's fix waited on a pysap/sparse2d/MCCD re-tag that never happened), #630 (interp crash on ~3/1262 tiles), #402 (install).

Done means: an MCCD fit+interp run completes on candide from example/cfis/config_*mccd*.ini, with a small test in CI so it can't silently break again.
