Update residual-star plot to HSM_M4_* column names

papers/catalog/2025_12_09_residual_star_plot.py (lines ~36–39) reads the moment4-era fourth-moment columns M_4_STAR_1/2, M_4_PSF_1/2. shapepipe PR CosmoStat/shapepipe#859 produces these under the current HSM grammar: HSM_M4_1_STAR, HSM_M4_2_STAR, HSM_M4_1_PSF, HSM_M4_2_PSF (plus new HSM_RHO4_*). Four one-line renames; the file's g/T reads already use the HSM_ grammar. Until then the plot KeyErrors on catalogues produced with fourth moments.
