Determine Patterning Language Operators

We need to determine the set of operators that should be included in the new CybOX (?) patterning language. As a starting point, we could use the values defined in the existing [ConditionTypeEnum](http://cybox.mitre.org/language/version2.1/xsddocs/cybox_common.html), perhaps with some exceptions.
