Dublin Core mapping used instead of DataCite mapping for DataCite-sources

For resources like:
http://ckan.dasish.eu/ckan/dataset/fe339d5295929a683e80ff9f8aa42fa33f4b78abe51d5c1d0c50dd08341b49fa

The source xml is of Dublin Core xml, sources from DataCite should be fetched in DataCite XML and use the DataCite mapping.

What is the problem in this case? is it mapping problem or harvesting problem?

I think this is a config problem for the harvester, when harvesting metadata from datacite-sources we get dublin core recrods instead of datacite.

not sure how to resolve this problem. Here is the harvester config file for cessda (https://github.com/DASISH/jmd-scripts/blob/master/harvester-config-cessda.xml). Do you perhaps know which ones should not be there?

Note sure how this config format is suposed to work for selecting the metadata-prefix to harvest.
datacite schemas is not refered in the config:

And both GESIS and SND should get the metadata via DataCite:
