I have downloaded and installed MapManager 1.1 from https://www.gisinternals.com/mapmanager.html, but when I tried to open an ECW image, I encountered an error. I see there is GDAL ECW driver mentioned at https://github.com/DMS-Aus/MapManager#downloads and hoped that this would enable MapManager to support ECW images, but the link is broken.
