Swap the base64 PNG logo assets for inline SVG across the framework packages

Re-checked this against v3. Splitting it into its four parts:

• "Powered by uNotes" removal — done. There is no uNotes reference anywhere in the uploader UI or in any published package; the only occurrence left in the repo is a production-users mention in the README.
• Logo included — done. The panel now renders a branding row (data-testid="upup-branding") with the upup wordmark and a "Built by Devino" credit, ported identically across all six framework packages, and it's opt-out via the showBranding prop.
• Logo links to GitHub — not planned. The wordmark links to https://useupup.com and the credit to https://devino.ca. Since this issue was filed we've shipped a marketing site and hosted docs, and those are the more useful destinations for someone clicking a logo inside an uploader. Closing this part as obsolete.
• Use SVG — still open, and worth doing. The four logo assets are base64 PNG data URIs (packages/*/src/assets/logos.ts), roughly 160 KB of inlined base64 duplicated per framework package. Swapping them for inline SVG would shrink every package's source and render crisply on high-DPI displays.
