Friendlier wordbank rename cycle

It will ask if they'd like to rename it with wordbank
and eat up 15 xp bottles instead of 10
o randomly name it
and then apply the wordbank name
so people don't have to rename and then do wordbank
they can just expend XP for it

Add branch to check logic where smacking an anvil with an unnamed unmarked item gives prompt for second-hit to randomize a name and immediately generate a wordbank, printing both to their chatlog for records.
