i15-1: Implement the different task tabs on the queue screen

Currently, the task tabs in the queue view do not do anything, they all show the same view. So that we can implement additional things on the historic queue (#184 or #185) it would be better to split these into the tabs as originally designed.

Acceptance Criteria

• The all queue tasks tab shows all items in the queue
• The next tasks tab shows just the queued items
• The previous tasks tab shows just the historic tasks
