Modify all culture images so every single picture has the same dimensions

Right now all the culture images having different dimensions is a pain in the ass, and the UI related to it is not better.

Therefore, EVERY SINGLE CULTURE RELATED IMAGE should have the same dimensions. Height will be 250. Width is yet to be discussed.

After researching a bit, I found out that the dimension ratio for film posters is 2:3, so taking into account that the height for the images will be 250px, then the width should be 166.67 px, so 167xp.

So, the dimensions for every culture related image will have these dimensions:

• Height: 250px
• Width: 167px
