What to build

Audit the final acceptance matrix for #10-#15, run all engineering gates and Standards/Spec reviews, and publish evidence before closing each item.

Scope decision

The current product is desktop Web only. Mobile #57 was canceled as not planned and is not a P1 completion gate.

Acceptance criteria

• [P1] 实现按角色的目标达成看板、时间进度预警与报表门禁 #10-[P1] 完成生产安全、备份恢复、可观测性与部署验收 #15 each has current authoritative completion evidence; missing or indirect evidence is not accepted.
• Full project gate, isolated Compose gate, and Standards/Spec reviews pass.
• Real-data business UAT and [P1] 完成生产安全、备份恢复、可观测性与部署验收 #15 company-server evidence are complete.
• GitHub write authorization exists for routine evidence, labels, and issue closure.

Final engineering audit on main ce79c6d: local npm.cmd run verify passed (API 149/149, Web 34/34, container contract 9/9, builds, isolated Compose upgrade/ready/smoke/backup/restore/permissions/login, audit 0); Spec and Standards reviews found no P0/P1; PR #93 CI run 33545198183 and post-merge main run 33545711703 passed. #10, #11, and #13 are closed. #12 engineering is complete but waits on #63 real-data business UAT; #14 desktop engineering is complete but waits on deferred mobile #57; #15 repository preparation is complete but waits on company-server #64. Therefore this issue remains open as ready-for-human; no remaining P1 code task can be completed without those explicit human/environment gates.

Scope update: mobile #57 is now canceled as not planned because the current product has no mobile client. #14 has been accepted and closed on its completed desktop scope. This supersedes the earlier comment that listed #57 as a blocker. Final P1 closure now depends only on #63 real-data business UAT and #64 company-server acceptance, with their parent issues #12 and #15.
