As a Clinician
I want export a previewed selection to DICOM
So that I can make my choice final, and continue in my institute's preferred viewer

Additional Information

• A scan is stored in either a dicom file or a directory with 1 dicom file per slice
• Each annotation option is also stored in either a dicom file or a directory with 1 dicom file per slice

Acceptance Criteria

• Export Both Scan and Selected Annotation
• Test whether the exported dicom has the correct properties based on UI selections
