Land the Fallout entry in thangchung/awesome-dotnet-core

Problem

thangchung/awesome-dotnet-core#937 (issue) and thangchung/awesome-dotnet-core#938 (pull request) propose replacing the NUKE entry with Fallout. Both have been open since 2026-07-01. The only reply is an automated CodeRabbit summary.

The list has roughly 21300 stars, so the reach is worth having. The maintainer has merged nothing since 2024-08-26 and has 183 pull requests open.

Outcome

Either the entry is merged, or this list is written off and the parent issue records why.

Acceptance criteria

• Replace Nuke with Fallout in Build Automation thangchung/awesome-dotnet-core#938 is merged, or the list is moved to the skip list in List Fallout in awesome lists #599 with the reason.

Notes

Two years without a merge means this is probably unreachable. Worth one polite bump before writing it off.
