Problem
The .NET list ecosystem is mostly frozen. See the skip list in #599. Only a handful of lists still merge contributions, and a submission is now open on each one found so far. Extra reach needs targets outside the .NET-specific lists.
Outcome
A short list of curated lists that still merge contributions and where a Fallout entry is on topic, with a submission open on each.
Acceptance criteria
Notes
Submitted so far, each with its own sub-issue: #602 (pditommaso/awesome-pipeline) and #604 (ligurio/awesome-ci).
Assessed and rejected:
cicdops/awesome-ciandcd — 2000 stars, but the last merge was 2022-08.
Lesson from ligurio/awesome-ci: do not rule a list out on its title alone. It calls itself a list of continuous integration services, but the table already contains frameworks (Dagger, Vela, Tekton). Read the actual rows before deciding a list is off topic.
Part of #599.
