Cannot run inside a directory with exclaimation ("!") symbol in the name #84

Description

@xlfdll

This is just a minor issue, but I didn't find anyone mentioning it so I just write here.

I usually put PS2 console-related tools into this directory F:\Software\Emulation\!Tools\PS2.
After I extracted the latest PFS BatchKit Manager package into F:\Software\Emulation\!Tools\PS2\PFS, I found it cannot run correctly.

  • Double-click !PFS-BatchKit-Manager.bat file in Windows Explorer will have UAC. Click "Yes", then it just flashed a new command prompt window showing Checking for updates..., and simply quit without any errors.
  • If I run this batch file using elevated command prompt under this directory, it shows The system cannot find the path specified error, and quits. Current directory becomes POPS directory (TMP directory will be created at this point).

For workaround, simply move this PFS folder into a place without exclaimation ("!") symbol in its name, and everything will become normal.

Just for reference, I am using Windows 11 25H2, Japanese version. My command prompt is configured to use cmd.exe (not PowerShell).
