Soweit dieses Projekt unter der Apache License 2.0 verbreitet wird, gelten
ergänzend für Nutzer mit Wohnsitz oder Sitz in Deutschland folgende
Bestimmungen gemäß Sektion 9 der Lizenz.

Soweit dieses Projekt unter der Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL 2.0) vertrieben
wird, gelten ergänzend für Nutzer mit Wohnsitz oder Sitz in Deutschland folgende
Bestimmungen gemäß Sektion 3.6 der Lizenz:

1. Schenkungsrecht: Die Überlassung der Software erfolgt unentgeltlich.
   Es findet das gesetzliche Schenkungsrecht (§ 521 BGB) Anwendung.
   Die Haftung ist auf Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit beschränkt.

2. Haftungsausschluss: Eine Haftung für einfache Fahrlässigkeit ist
   ausgeschlossen, sofern keine Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder
   Gesundheit vorliegt oder keine wesentlichen Vertragspflichten
   (Kardinalpflichten) betroffen sind.

3. Gesetzliche Rechte: Die Haftung nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz sowie
   für arglistig verschwiegene Mängel bleibt unberührt.

Insofar as this project is distributed under the Apache License 2.0,
the following provisions apply in addition for users residing or
based in Germany in accordance with Section 9 of the license.

Insofar as this project is distributed under the
Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL 2.0), the following provisions
pursuant to Section 3.6 of the license shall apply in addition for
users residing or based in Germany:

1. Gift law: The software is provided free of charge.
   The statutory law on gifts (§ 521 BGB) applies.
   Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

2. Disclaimer: Liability for simple negligence is excluded,
   provided that there is no injury to life, limb, or health
   or no breach of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten).

3. Legal rights: Liability under the Product Liability Act as well as for
   fraudulently concealed defects remains unaffected.
