Validate output of station FDSN

As a developer
I want to check that the webservice is returning the correct output
So I know I am on the right track

• Provide examples of FDSN station queries and expected output

Have given this an attempt to provide data for testing queries and outputs. Let us know if this is valuable for your CI tests and I will do some more for testing data output.

In longer term it maybe that we have an API/Web Service testing independent of each individual systems tests.
