Kingdom Viewer points to scammy domain with NSFW content

If you use the kingdom view feature, it makes and opens a broken-looking local html file that links to a non-existant image on a scammy domain that has NSFW content. That domain is diehrstraits dot com; do not go there on a work computer or in front of children.

Oops, 10 years ago that site had Dominion card images. Now it's filthy stuff. You're free to modify the code.

Would you accept a PR that deletes

? It would get rid of the button, but the layout is a little odd (and I don't know how to fix the layout). It is still an improvement over linking to filth.
