behaves differently in Newtonsoft.Json and System.Text.Json for #if helper

The if helper behaves differently in Newtonsoft.Json and System.Text.Json. For example: {{#if BoolValue}}true{{else}}false{{/if}}. If BoolValue = false, in Newtonsoft.Json it outputs false, while in System.Text.Json it outputs true.
