potential reflection-based labeling API for outputs

A trait or something to simply say "value at this index is this variant of enum" and then impl From<[f32; LEN]> automatically. Can definitely make it better with a derive macro.

This should be easy to implement, but it would require refactoring this entire repo in a similar fashion to the genetic-rs split due to the fact that proc macros need a separate crate.

going to wait and see whether I want to put this in 2.0.0. it requires moving around files and introducing a new crate, sure, but it'd be so easy to implement and only have an optional impact on users.
