The PERMartok() function in nnrpd/misc.c does not correctly set the newsgroup accessed by the reader for Python dynamic hook. It only works when the article does not contain an Xref: header field.
The result is that the newsgroup attribute is not set when articles are accessed via Message-ID or article number.
