Sonic’s default Quills movement should go Left 👈🏻

Left side = Dreamcast. Right side = PC.
Dreamcast has his quills moving left. PC has his quills barely moving to the right.
Is it modifiable so that you can make his quills move at the left side when running like Sega Dreamcast? Thanks in advance mate! Loving the mod!

Looks like it's just how strong the effect is. I'll look into it and see if there's anything I can do to modify it.

Offset 00093A21 and 00093A44 in sonic.exe. Also known as 00493A21 and 00493A44 in cheat engine's memory viewer. Changing their bytes D8 C9 to D8 C8 or 90 90 brings back the old sa1-like quills movement, but this comes with a price. The change will make breezy stages like Speed Highway blow his quills left nonstop instead of random each time you restart. Quills movement can be adjusted above his head code (offset: 00493C5D, bytes: 89 51 04, opcode: mov [ecx+04],edx) in cheat engine's memory viewer, but any adjustments made will mess up the movement in those specific breezy stages.

Another code freezes anytime. In cheat engine's memory viewer, highlight offset 004937F0 and press the delete key while running in the game. His quills should freeze towards his face. They're also frozen in the character select screen like the old quills glitch from sa1.
