Lune Rewrite for StompMyFiles

In short : Lune rewrite, which could get further along from the get-go than STweaker since FFI is not used at all here.

As mentioned in SimpleSteamTinker's issue, a Lune rewrite would :

• Make distribution far easier.
• Reduce the number of dependencies.
• Simplify the code tremendously and make it benefit from static typing.
• Allow using modern tooling.
