format roadmap

leaving this here because i wanna implement a few formats
- [ ] format name (library to implement the format with)

• png
• jpeg
• jpeg xl
• avif
• webp
• dds (maybe)
• gif

yall can recommend other formats along with libraries because this list is just the ones i really want right now, animated formats are welcome
(ill look into libraries for the current ones later im in school right now)

ill look into that, apng and i think avif also have animation so its probably a good idea to add in gif too
