Is this error still happening for you? 9406 is really hard to pin down. Normally, I recommend for users to wait a few hours before trying again.

The error started happening to me today, even though it was fine for several days before. Oddly enough, turning on a VPN when I start the app seems to fix it.

Odd issue and difficult to debug and pin down. If you are encountering this issue, I suggest to do one of these three:

1. Wait a few days.
2. Change how you are connecting to the internet (VPN, etc.) ... not exactly user-friendly or cheap.
3. Use a different account for NSO-RPC.
