MMRL runs but gives no options, am I missing something?

I see the repo README.md says support to android 14, is that still true?

Trying to get this to work on a A15 galaxy tab a9+, can't find a definitive answer elsewhere... I can run it (tried both play and repo release apk), it detects root but all I see is (I guess I'm also assuming there is more to this app than this?):
