Lab : Implement interactive authentication

The UI for App Registrations appears to have changed. The drop down no longer seems to show the 'old' list of support account types and now shows a differently worded list:

This is from one of my subs

The steps need amending to indicate students should choose the first item in the list which will always be the equivalent to 'Accounts in this organizational directory only'
