block percentages randomizing??

i set my mines to 98% stone 1% coal ore 1% (gold ore or iron ore) and it works for a couple hours or days then when i look back like a day maybe 2 later it always breaks, its working perfect the first couple hours after i fix it somehow idek how i fix it. i literally just delete the mine usually and then re make it and put the ore that i want least last, so stone, then coal then iron. but then it messes up the percentages a couple hours later and it feels like 10% of each coal and gold not 1% while the other mine will be fine then i fix the mine thats broken then in a few hours itll choose the iron mine to mess up and add a ton for no apparent reason. it flip flops between the mines just randomizing the block percentages for no reason at all

coal seems to work fine when first implemented. but no valuable ore is really 1% when i add 1 to it, its about 10% instead for every valuable ore, gold, iron, diamond, emerald

no matter if i go through the config or in game, if i set a block to 25% it feels like its damn near the same amount as if i put a block at 1% its making no sense to me
