Changes to Ambassador UI/UX organization

Currently, it is split into 4 sections. These diagrams show it should be split into two sections (Become Ambassador / Rally Ambassador) of which these sections have 2 sub-sections. This is simply a reorganization of the tabs and how they're presented.

The 'Become [an] Ambassador' section should contain 'Your info' and "Companies looking for Ambassadors'

and 'Rally Ambassadors' section should contain 'Companies' and 'Applicants'.
