(Feat) Dashboard

This is the umbrella issue for managing issues related to user dashboard.

The general idea is to create an infrastructure to let users view a tailored dashboard that lets them view due assignments, frequently accessed classrooms and manage tasks.

Issues under this:

• Classroom count (joined as student)
• Classroom count (joined as teacher)
• Due work management
• Task Manager (Ability to create and view tasks through app)

UI will be shared on request basis based on assignee
