[FOSSOVERFLOW-25] fix(style): pending achievements Endorsement tab does not fill the component's full width

This is a CSS styling bug on the "Pending Endorsement" page. As shown in the attached image, the grid of "Achievements" tab does not expand to fill the full available width of the component. This results in a "gappy" layout with a unused white space on the right side
