Add automation of add/edit/delete mirrors to web front end.

Right now, Cloudfront is the only mirror system that can be automated - add that to web front end process, and when fastly and azure are automated, add them as well.

Cloudfront add is working. Cloudfront replace isn't (see #73). Deletion for all services hasn't been implemented yet, and replace hasn't been implemented for Fastly and Azure.
