[Request] Increase Range for N Months

Great mod, thanks so much! Just a small ask; would it be possible to please increase the range of the selectable number for 'Every N Months' type tasks? It is currently 1-12 months.

I am doing multi-year crop rotations, and would like to template field types for up to three years, so selecting up to 36 months would be helpful. Perhaps [1-12, 24, 36] or similar, given it's probably not a common use-case?

To also please ask a question, if/when this has attention, and purely to save me experimenting; does the N months begin in the month a task is added to a group, or when the task is marked completed?

Good idea and a nice way to do rotation. I’ve had thoughts before about how I could support rotation in the mod but this would be simpler. I will try to add it over the next week or so.

Right now the every n months is from the time you’re adding it. I might add another prompt so you can set the start month as this would help if setting up rotation

I'm glad you like it! I was worried it might be a bit niche for general consumption.

I think selecting the start month would definitely help. It might be as simple as choosing the start month, and then every 'x' years, which might be more elegant than 24/36 months, though perhaps less straightforward in implementation (I have no idea about the game backend right now).

I kept it simple with 24/36 month options and choosing the start month, for now.

So sorry for not getting back to you sooner, and thanks for implementing this so quickly!

I haven't had a chance to test the full functionality yet, as I've had less playtime than I'd like, but the entry all works well! When I have a chance to play through a couple of years I'll report back with any issues.
