Cleanup: dead code — DEVICE_TIMEOUT_SECONDS, tests/test.py, orphan pyc files #39

Description

@Alimedhat000

Summary

Small dead-code cleanups, grouped:

  1. Unused constant DEVICE_TIMEOUT_SECONDS = 60 in routes/esp32_routes.py:19 — never referenced anywhere. Offline detection is actually driven by the Redis connection TTL in utils/esp32_connection_manager.py (CONNECTION_TTL = 90).
  2. Placeholder file tests/test.py — contains only the one-line comment # Todo : add integreation plus unit tests for the entire code base; not a real test (pytest only collects test_*.py/test_*.py prefixed files, so this is inert).
  3. Orphan .pyc files in utils/__pycache__/expo_push.cpython-311.pyc, mobile_connection_manager.cpython-311.pyc from the deleted mobile-event channel (source files are gone; these are gitignored build artifacts).

Suggested fix

  • Delete DEVICE_TIMEOUT_SECONDS from esp32_routes.py.
  • Delete tests/test.py.
  • Delete the stale .pyc files (or just clean-pycache).
