Seeding occurs first thing.
Right now, seeding the txs cannot connect them to prices because missing prices (from the CSV seeding file) are fetched on the jobs.
So on the seeding phase, there are missing prices.
Best would be if we fetched the missing prices at the seeding phase, then we could also connect the seeded txs to prices in the seeding phase.
