Disable Widget after opened for 3 days if paymentId is set

Since we'll cleanup PENDING ClientPayment's in the server as per PayButton/paybutton-server#1069, we shouldn't allow a very delayed payment to be made if there is a risk that we've cleaned up the corresponding ClientPayment.
