long cell content adds padding to the bottom

Just to be clear what the problem is, the "Die Umsatzsteuerschuld..." line, when long enough to wrap to a new line, has extra space (padding) under the content (above the next rule)?

This row appears to be using a colspan. Does it behave the same way without a colspan?

I will try to recreate it soon (and also test against PDF::Builder), but I have to get the new release of PDF::Builder out first. Would it be possible to provide some sample code (attach a .pl file) to demonstrate this problem, to save me some time? It would also show if you're using any settings or parameters that I might not think of trying. Thanks.

it appears that the first colspan changes some settings that also affects the following rows an d it doesnt matter if the cells in the following rows are regular or spanned.
