Improvements to poll-plus app

Hello!

We have a few ideas to improve poll app.

1. Separate lines between vote variants
   
2. Add translation to other languages
3. Show poll settings (single, multiple) in header or differ them by poll color
4. Highlight vote button in multiple choice votes
5. Add counter of all chat users and users that voted.
   Like Voted X of Y
   where X - number of users who voted, Y - total number of users in chat
   Good to show that in header
