Request to add Polymaker PETG preset for X2D direct drive high flow

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The new Polymaker PETG is designed to be fast and there is no preset for the high flow nozzle

I'd love if - for at least the filaments that are advertised as HF, they have their HF settings set

Describe alternatives you've considered
I looked around online for an existing version, but none currently exist
