Add tutorial lab: KAI Scheduler + HAMi-core isolation on a fake GPU (nvml-mock)

What

Add a new tutorials lab that walks through installing NVIDIA KAI Scheduler (with the hamicore plugin) and kai-resource-isolator on top of the existing nvml-mock environment (Lab 5).
The docs existing docs cover how KAI Scheduler uses HAMi-core, but there is no hands-on lab that lets a contributor exercise the integration locally. This lab will fills that gap .
