Support for RF Explorer Pro

Will this API support the RF Explorer Pro in the (near) future?

It would be nice to develop some custom software which can be executed directly on the RF Explorer Pro and use its measurements via this API.

We provide OEM API service for this product, but there is no option for an open source API given the high cost support for the customized device. If you are interested in a customized solution to sell as a package, contact us on support@rf-explorer.com, we can provide a quote.

thanks for your reply. Since we are not a retailer but an end-user, we don't want to sell RF Explorer Pro with our software.

We use spectrum analyzers in our company and want to adapt our internal software, that uses this Open-Source API to communicate with older handheld RF spectrum analyzers, such that it can be installed directly onto the RF Explorer PRO and use its measurements/data points.

Would this be possible with a closed OEM API, or do we need to sell your hardware to get access to this API?
